Basic Cable Socks
These were knit as a last minute Christmas gift for my friend Bliss. She gifted them to one of hear caregivers.
Pattern: Basic Cable Socks by BrainyLady
Yarn: 100% merino fingering weight Dye-Your-Own by knitpicks; hand painted by my son Benny with Wilton cake dyes. He was going for black and gold, which gives you an idea how Wilton black cake dye breaks down into the individual pigments the company uses to create their color. You do NOT get black! But you do get teal, blue, and purple.
