I always know someone that's having a baby too. There are three on my list for October. I'm sure most would be happy (maybe happier?) with a store bought gift, but I usually end up knitting something.

I just don't know how you do it all, even if you feel like you're not getting enough done. Life is so full, there is so much to do that you want to do and that needs to be done...we do need more hours in a day (or the need to sleep should go away).

lol, yes, I can seam squares anytime, so I'll be seaming them on Sept. 15th!
I really can't wait for that weekend to get here. Both days are going to be amazing!

Congrats on the baby!!

Hmmmmm. Sounds more like Knitting Olympics now - Haha! - with the Yarn Harlot herself in the neighborhood. You knew I would think that, wouldn't you? Amazing how many squares and items you have received!

flood??? holy crap what did I miss???
I'm off to search news stories.
WOOO WEEEEE More and more squares and delightful knits!!! Awesome!

Wow Laura, it is so nice to see your project doing so well! It's really amazing!!! I wish I could muster up a couple squares myself for you, but I am barely knitting right now. Instead, I am up most of every night with a "bit"of anxiety. You'd think that it would be a perfect time to knit, but I just haven't gotten into that yet.

Congrats!

Oh YAY!! You get to meet the Yarn Harlot! You are going to love her. She is so Real.

I love that you are going to be having such a great knitting weekend. What a thrill to be making those squares into afghans after all this time.

Amazing.
