Hooray! It's time to start Project Spectrum. Yes, okay, I understand that I haven't said anything about it. I haven't put the button on my sidebar until now. But I'm doing it! And I'm doing the postcard swap as well! My swapping partner is Catrin of In My Life and she lives in Sweden! How cool is that?! I'm so excited about Project Spectrum because it is so limitless. You can do as much or as little as you would like related to the monthly color theme and nothing is off-limits. And anyone can participate. It's cool, no pressure, no deadlines, and virtually no guidelines. I love it. This is my kind of thing. :)
So we'll start the month with some photos. For many years I've known that my favorite color was red'ish. All reds. I love them. Red lipstick. I love it. It's bold. I'm not bold. But when you love red you can have bold things around you to somehow inspire and EMBOLDEN you. If that's a word. ::checking dictionary:: Yep, it's a word which means "to instill with boldness or courage." So it's a great color for me and the cowardly lions of the world who need a bit of boldness and courage. We can hide behind our red and nobody will see through the curtain of cowardice, or so we think. heh
These are all reds from around my home. Until I went taking photos today I didn't realize how much red I actually have. Then I went to the computer and found the cranberry photo from the recent holidays and Valentine magnets I made for the kids. Red. It's all around me and I love it.

Note to self: before using the macro feature around the house again, think about dusting.
Nice red things - I have been taking picture´s at home and all over the city on every pink/redish thing I have seen. I just love to take pictures and I really fun to looking for someting redish... I will spost some of the photo´s on my blog but you can see them at my flickr account, my ProjectSpectrum album:

You really did see red! Wonder how much red I can find around my house. Maybe we should make this into a PS meme!

I'm laughing about the dust, because I have the same problem at my house. Who has time to dust when there is so much knitting to do!

Hi, It's so great to see items you don´t usually see around you. Like here in Finland all the same objects look totally different. It's inspiring!

I love it! I had to join up as well. :) I love all the red. I'd think with two baby girls, you'd have quite the pink collection as well. Seems to have taken over our house since Peanut came along.

Very nice pictures! I went on the same photo tour in my place and it is so very interesting. Not only to suddenly realise all the colour but also to compare to yours. I really enjoyed this peek, thanks!
